Henry works closely with the team to provide legal guidance on complex migration matters, including Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) cases.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, Henry offers clients comprehensive legal, financial, and operational advice, drawing on his broad expertise and years of experience to deliver clear and reliable solutions.

Maggie is the Co-Founder and Director of Hays Migration, bringing over 15 years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent with extensive expertise across business investment, skilled migration, and employer-sponsored visas.

She is one of only seven panel agents appointed to the Migrant Innovation NT (MINT) Program, making her among the few agents in Australia authorised to assist with applications under this specialised initiative.

With deep expertise in Australian migration law and policy, Maggie works closely with clients to provide clear, ethical, and efficient guidance throughout the visa process, ensuring every case is prepared and lodged with the utmost professionalism and care.

With over five years of experience advising on migration from an education perspective, Tracy offers deep insight into student visas, graduate visas, and employer-sponsored visa pathways.

As a trusted advisor, she also mentors and supports her team to deliver exceptional client service. Tracy is currently pursuing her MARA certification to further strengthen her professional qualifications and continue providing clients with accurate and comprehensive migration guidance.
