Eligible applicants can receive:
- Free course application services for up to two courses at eligible education providers in Australia or New Zealand.
- Free professional assistance with one initial student visa application for Australia or New Zealand.
- Support throughout the course and visa application process.
- Local assistance from our Malaysia-based consultants.
A refundable deposit of RM1,500 is required upon signing the service agreement. Government charges, education provider fees and other third-party costs are not included and remain the applicant’s responsibility.
Promotion Period
1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026
The promotion may close earlier if all promotional allocations are filled.
To qualify, applicants must sign the relevant service agreement and pay the RM1,500 refundable deposit during the promotion period. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically reserve a place in the promotion.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this promotion, applicants must:
- Be physically residing in Malaysia when signing the service agreement.
- Apply to study at an eligible education provider in Australia or New Zealand through Hays Migration & Education Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
- Meet the admission and application requirements of the selected education provider.
- Sign a service agreement with Hays Migration and Education Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
- Pay the RM1,500 refundable deposit by 31 December 2026 or before the promotional allocation is filled.
- Provide complete, genuine and accurate information and documents.
- Cooperate with reasonable requests throughout the course and visa application process.
- Successfully commence their approved course and remain enrolled beyond the relevant first census date or equivalent withdrawal deadline.
Malaysian citizenship is not required. Non-Malaysian citizens may also qualify, provided they are legally and physically residing in Malaysia when entering into the service agreement.
Applicants under 18 years old will require their parent or legal guardian to sign or authorise the service agreement.
This promotion is limited to one redemption per applicant and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with another promotion unless agreed in writing.
How Does the Promotion Work?
1. Submit an enquiry
Contact our team and book an initial appointment to discuss your preferred course, destination and study plans.
2. Complete an eligibility assessment
Our team will assess your suitability for the promotion and whether we are able to assist with your intended course and visa applications.
3. Sign the service agreement
If you are accepted for the promotion, you will receive a written service agreement outlining the included services, applicant responsibilities, deposit conditions and refund policy.
4. Pay the refundable deposit
After signing the agreement, you will be required to pay an RM1,500 refundable deposit. A receipt will be provided after payment is received.
5. Complete your applications
Our team will assist with up to two eligible course applications. Once you have accepted an offer and received the required enrolment documents, an appropriately authorised immigration professional will assist with one initial student visa application.
6. Commence your studies
If your student visa is granted, you can prepare to travel and commence your studies in Australia or New Zealand. You must remain enrolled in accordance with your education provider’s requirements and applicable visa conditions until after the relevant first census date or equivalent withdrawal deadline.
7. Receive your deposit refund
With your consent, we will verify your enrolment status with your education provider after the relevant date has passed. Once your continuing enrolment is confirmed and the refund conditions have been satisfied, the RM1,500 deposit will be refunded to the original payer within 14 business days.
Important Deposit Conditions
The RM1,500 deposit will also generally be refundable if:
- You do not receive an offer from either of the agreed course applications.
- Your initial student visa application is refused for reasons not caused by any breach of the Service Agreement or by false, misleading or materially incomplete information provided by the applicant.
- The education provider cancels or materially changes your course and you do not accept a suitable alternative.
- Hays Migration & Education is unable to provide the agreed services.
If you voluntarily withdraw, fail to commence your course, cancel your enrolment before the relevant date, stop responding or provide false, misleading or materially incomplete information, reasonable costs or losses may be deducted from the deposit in accordance with the full promotion terms.
Medical, compassionate and other exceptional circumstances will be considered fairly on a case-by-case basis.
What Costs Are Not Included?
This promotion covers Hays Migration & Education’s specified professional service fees only.
Applicants remain responsible for costs including:
- Government visa application charges.
- Education provider application or enrolment fees.
- Tuition fees and provider deposits.
- Overseas Student Health Cover or other insurance.
- Health examinations and biometrics.
- Police checks and certificates.
- Document translations.
- English language tests.
- Courier, travel and accommodation expenses.
- Any other government, education provider or third-party costs.
Third-party fees are determined by the relevant organisations and may change at any time.

Course admission and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant education providers and government authorities. Hays Migration & Education cannot guarantee admission, visa approval, processing time or any future migration outcome.
Australian immigration advice and visa application assistance are provided only by Australian registered migration agents or Australian legal practitioners. New Zealand immigration advice and assistance are provided only by licensed New Zealand immigration advisers or other legally exempt professionals.
Where applicable, Hays Migration & Education may receive a commission from an education provider when a student enrols. This does not increase the tuition fees charged by the education provider.
